Death of Mrs. Washenberger

Mrs. Washenberger died at the family home Sunday night. She has been a confirmed invalid for some time, and last Wednesday suffered a stroke of paralysis from which she never rallied. The remains were interred Monday afternoon.

The Washenberger family have lived in Edgerton almost from its beginning as a town, occupying the old frame building back of the hardware store. Mr. Washenberger died about twelve years ago. There are four sons and a daughter who still live at home, and a married daughter from Wakarusa was here during the last few days of her mother's life.
