About the Cemetery
Lenexa Cemetery was officially established in 1872 for use as a city cemetery. The Lenexa Cemetery Association was incorporated at that time to provide the management and maintenance of the cemetery. The Association is made up of volunteers and is managed by a Board of Directors.
